Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FlakeRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

FlakeRadar analyzes GitHub Actions workflow metadata to detect flaky CI tests and provide cost estimates. The service is provided on a subscription basis at $79/month per team.

3. Accounts

You must authenticate via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any GitHub tokens you provide for analysis.

4. Payment and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access data beyond your authorized repositories
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Disclaimer of warranties

FlakeRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flakiness detection is based on statistical analysis of CI metadata and may not identify all flaky tests. Cost estimates are approximations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlakeRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
